SHIPPING POLICY

All Shinkafa’s orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service within 48 hours of your order being placed. Shipping times vary based on location and speed selected. All orders should be delivered within 7-10 business days. Our default shipping mode is priority flat rate shipping. We may offer free shipping with a certain minimum order requirement from time to time.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

DOMESTIC

Shinkafa, Inc. adopts refund policy of the State of California embodied in California Civil Code § 1723. Full refunds will be provided less shipping costs for all items requested within 7 business days of receipt. After 7 days all sales are final.

INTERNATIONAL

Shinkafa cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned. All international orders are final once they are shipped.

Customs, Duties, Tariffs, Taxes and Value Added Tax (VAT)
All Shinkafa products are made in the USA. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. It is our policy not to lower values of goods shipped.
